A building project on any property is often a substantial outlay, and thus a big decision. We believe it is vitally important that the Property Owner and Building Contractor have a mutual respect.
We aim to provide a quality personal service and a reassurance that if we undertake your project it will become our focus and priority. Whenever viable and possible we have only the one project running at a time. We have found this to be a question and major concern for prospective clients.

There are always vital on site decisions to be made, and for your peace of mind we will undertake this responsibility. We have a trusted team of companies and tradesmen that we regularly use: we have worked together on many successful projects and we are confident in their quality of products and workmanship. You will pay for their services direct; this arrangement gives you the reassurance that you are provided with the relevant warranty. We do not make a profit on the services and products from other companies and tradesmen.
We do not have large overheads, and we run a very cost effective business. We spend a substantial amount of time when costing a project, and obtain prices of the materials from our chosen Builders Merchant. We will provide you with a Quotation that is valid for 3 months from date of issue. We do not price low to secure the work, and then add extra costs to the price.
