A north facing kitchen and conservatory;
An old conservatory was already in place, and formed part of the kitchen, but the clients believed it was not a comfortable welcoming part of the Property, as it lacked warmth and comfort in the colder months of the year.
A new extension was designed by BWW DESIGN LTD to add a new contemporary dimension to the 1980s detached property; The Noble Building Company project managed and built the extension. There was limited access, so the excavation for the foundations proved challenging, but our many years of experience enabled us to overcome the difficulties.
A fabulous low maintenance zinc roof was fitted, with uPVC doors and windows; grey externally to blend with the roof and white internally to add to the clean, light and bright effect the clients wanted to achieve, maximising the space for the new kitchen units.The Property now feels more spacious and the kitchen has become the hub of the home.
