Sunroom Extension
Sunroom Extension Project to a Property in Crownhill.
A dated Victorian style conservatory was located on the South facing rear of the Property; the conservatory was rarely used as the clients found it to be it too cold in the winter months and too hot in the summer. The brief was to remove the conservatory and in its place build a Sun Room Extension opening into the kitchen.
The roof was designed to accommodate a white coloured aluminium roof lantern in a GPR (glass fibre reinforced plastic) flat roof. Bi-fold aluminium powder coated doors were fitted across the front entrance into the garden.
The new Sun Room is now a delightful year round usable space.
